Box Shop — Your Questions Answered
We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm. If you’re planning to collect, call 01903 893731 first so we can check what you need is on the shelf.
Add what you need with the Add to basket buttons, open your basket and hit Send us your order. We’ll email you a copy and get back to you to confirm availability, payment and collection or delivery.
Both — collection from us is free, and delivery within Sussex is free on orders over £75. Under that we deliver across Sussex for a small charge we’ll confirm with you. Choose your preference on the order form, or get in touch if you’re not sure.
You don’t pay online. Once we’ve confirmed your order and stock we’ll arrange payment with you directly — simple and secure.
No charge — anything you don’t use, still sealed, comes straight off your order when you bring it back to us. It is worth putting a couple of spares in the basket rather than cutting it fine: running short partway through packing means stopping until you can get hold of more.
