For the most fragile and high-value items, blankets and standard cartons are not enough. We build bespoke crates made to the exact dimensions of the piece, with internal battening and foam so the object cannot shift, settle or absorb road vibration during the journey. A gilt-framed mirror, a marble bust or a large canvas each gets a crate designed around its particular weak points rather than forced into a generic box.
