Privacy Policy

Wolves Removals is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What We Collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and provide your removal — such as your name, contact details, addresses and move details, submitted via our forms, by phone or by email.

How We Use It

We use your information to provide quotes, arrange and carry out your move, and respond to your queries. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with third parties where necessary to deliver your move or where required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies. Essential ones make the site work — for example Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from spam. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site; it sets first-party cookies beginning _ga that hold a random identifier, not your name or contact details, and that data is shared with our Google Ads account to measure enquiries from our adverts. If you reach our site by clicking one of our Google adverts, Google also sets a first-party cookie beginning _gcl that holds a random ad-click identifier; it is sent to us with any enquiry you make, so that if you go on to book we can tell Google Ads which advert led to the booking. We share only that identifier, the booking date and its value — never your name or contact details. The review widget provided by Trustindex may set its own cookies when it loads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site still works without them.

When you use our storage or removals calculator, the figures you enter (such as postcodes, preferred move date, item list and the estimated price) are stored temporarily in your browser (session storage, cleared when you close the tab or submit) so we can pre-fill your quote request. If you then submit an enquiry, those figures are sent to us with it so our team can prepare an accurate quote.
