We accept credit/debit cardscash upon completion or BACS payment. Unfortunately we can no longer accept cheques.
There are various factors that affect the time a move can take, some like the amount of goods and distance are obvious, however it’s the little things that take the most time, the difference of our van being able to park 2-3 metres closer to the house can make a huge difference in the time of our loading/ unloading. Following our moving plan and checklist will help you reduce the time we take.
The size of the Wolves crew you get is dependent on the information we gather from our prior discussions and inspection of the site, generally a crew of 2-4 men will suffice for average jobs.
We will do a full removal no matter how far the distance, however we cannot transport individual items like beds or rabbit hutches.
We can provide all boxes, bubble wrap and tape prior to the move day for you to pack yourself, or we can come in and carefully pack your house piece by piece at an extra cost, call us now to discuss our packing service. Please note: Boxes, bubble wrap, tape and other packing items are charged extra.
At Wolves we try to be prompt so the move starts smoothly. Our staff generally leave base between 6:00am and 8:00am depending on the location of the property. We aim to be at your door between 8:30am and 9:00am unless otherwise prearranged. On some occasions we may be delayed, however our staff will maintain good contact with you and arrive as soon as they possibly can.
At Wolves we understand how stressful moving can be and how easy it is to forget things, we have compiled a moving plan and checklist to help remind you of the little things that make all the difference and can save valuable time when moving.
